CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

Cancellation of bookings within 90 days or longer receives a full refund. If cancelled between 60 days prior to arrival a refund of 50% will be provided.  If cancelled 59 days or less prior to arrival no refund will be provided.  All refunds will be subject to any fees or charges, incurred by Alchemy on Island Beach, including credit card fees, and deducted from the refundable amount.

 

Cancellation of bookings during SA school holidays are as follows:  full refund if cancellation is 90 days prior to arrival.  No refund if cancelled after 90 days prior to arrival.

 

If a SA Government directive to restrict travel within South Australia is issued due to COVID 19, a credit for travel up to 12 months will be issued.  Thank you.
